Several of our newest 2nd Thief Riders will be participating in HD Riders Edge Group Riding training.  We as a Ministry are committed to motorcycle safety and excellence for our Riders.  This training is offered to ensure uniformity of hand signals between Riders during group rides.  This learned skill is critical to reduce potential problems by being able to effectively communicate to fellow Riders lane changes, column formation, pointing out road hazards, etc.  The positon of Road Captain and Sweeper and their respective respondsibilities and duties will be discussed.

The course of instruction will include lecture and viewing a HD/MSF DVD.  There will be a study guide distributed to participants and a test at the end of the instruction.  A short practical after completion of the "classroom" portion will follow to enable riders to demonstrate there new learned group riding skills.  Upon successful completion a Riders Edge Group Riding Pin will be awarded (a nice addition to your Colors).

2nd Thief Riders will be offerring this training in the future to any bikers (based on amount of interest and availablity of instructors) who what to improve his/her riding skills.
